Close Quarters Rules and Regs

My fellow gamers, it is time to address the grueling do's and dont's of the Close Quarters Tournament.  A quick update for you all though...  We are still working on finding a location and setting a date.  We have several prospective places in mind and are just waiting to hear back from them.  As for the date, we are going to shoot for a Friday/Saturday in early to mid June.  Stay tuned for more info.

GAME PLAY


Teams will be required to select a game type and map for every round.  Changing from round to round is based solely on the teams discretion.

• Hemorrhage (Team Snipers only)

• Powerhouse

• Team Slayer
• Slayer DMR's
• Slayer Pro
• Oddball
• Neutral Flag
• One Flag
• Crazy King
• Team Headhunter
• Team  Stockpile
• Stockpile Pro

*Subject to change, maps are still being tested for all game types. 

TEAMS AND EQUIPMENT

There are a few rules that teams need to follow to make this a good experience for everyone involved.  Failure to recognize these rules will result in disqualification.

• Teams need to be composed of 4-5 players, however only 4 will play at a time (hence 4v4).
• To maximize gaming and minimize confusion, each team needs to provide their own Xbox(s) with team member GTs. 
• To qualify for league placement, all team members must have and active Xbox Live Gold Membership as well as a Bungie.net account. 
• Teams will play with good sportsmanship or will forfeit their games, be subject to public ridicule, and go home with hanging heads. (this is a promise, not a threat. Play nicely)

SERVICES PROVIDED

L33t Str33t Media will be providing 4 TVs, 8 controllers, hardware for 4 Xbox's, and concessions.  Basically all you need to bring is your team and your Xbox(s).
